Meet Michelle, a compassionate registered mental health counselor intern with a unique background as a collegiate athlete and a deep dedication to empowering others. Known for her warmth and inviting approach, Michelle specializes in working with children, adolescents, parents, and athletes, supporting them in building resilience, coping skills, and self-compassion. After studying at Nova Southeastern University, she attained a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During her undergraduate years, she was a collegiate volleyball player, carrying her passion for mental abilities on and off the court into her career. She was a part of the NCAA Division 2 Elite Eight finalist during her time at Saint Leo University.
She creates a safe space for clients to explore challenges, develop balance, and strengthen their mental well-being. Passionate about mental health awareness, Michelle draws on both her personal and professional experience to help clients manage stress, enhance family bonds, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
