Aisa Fleites

Aisa is a compassionate Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida. She earned her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling from Florida International University. Aisa brings a wealth of experience working in both residential and community mental health settings, supporting children, adolescents, families and adults as they navigate life’s challenges.

Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including hospital-based crisis units where she provided immediate interventions to stabilize children and adolescents in acute distress. Through this work, Aisa developed a deep understanding of how trauma, grief, anxiety, and family stress can impact emotional well-being. Her professional background has equipped her with the skills to help clients build resilience, regulate emotions, and find safety and strength in moments of vulnerability.

Aisa’s therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, while drawing from elements of mindfulness-based practices and trauma-informed care when working with individuals. She believes in meeting clients where they are and tailoring interventions to each person's unique needs, culture, and strengths. Her work is guided by empathy and respect for each personal journey.

Above all, Aisa strives to create a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel truly seen and understood. She is passionate about helping individuals gain insight into their experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward healing and personal growth. Her goal is to empower clients to rediscover their inner strengths, enhance their emotional well-being, and lead more balanced, fulfilling lives.
