Alyson Hernandez, RBT

Alyson Hernandez is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a passion for working with children and making a positive difference in their lives. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Alyson has experience in a special education school setting, supporting children with special needs across their academic, behavioral, social, and daily living needs. That work strengthened her passion for helping children grow, gain independence, and reach their individual goals. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she values building meaningful relationships with children and their families.
