Aisa Fleites is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling from Florida International University. Aisa brings experience across residential, community, and hospital-based crisis settings, where she has supported children, adolescents, families, and adults through some of life's most challenging moments.
Her clinical background includes work in acute crisis units, giving her a deep understanding of how trauma, grief, anxiety, and family stress affect emotional well-being. Aisa's therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices — always tailored to each client's unique needs, culture, and strengths.
Aisa is committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel truly seen and understood. Her goal is to help individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward healing and personal growth.
