Anthony Duarte is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a proven track record implementing ABA treatment plans across home and public school settings in Miami-Dade County. He holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Táchira and a Specialization in Administrative Law from Fermín Toro University.
