Elmase Hoffman is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with over a decade of dedicated service to the Miami-Dade County community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami, a Master of Social Work from Barry University, and a Level 1 Director Credential from the Florida Department of Children and Families. She is also a certified practitioner in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Breathwork.

Throughout her career, Elmase has served diverse populations across a range of roles — from case management in the City of Miami Beach Truancy Program to developing and implementing after-school programs, managing grants, and building partnerships with organizations including The Children's Trust, The Advocacy Network on Disabilities, and Barry University. Her practice is grounded in a humanistic perspective and a commitment to evidence-based care.

Elmase brings both clinical depth and community-level experience to her work, with a continued focus on professional growth and leadership. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, whole-person support to the individuals and families she serves.
