Mayren Fraguela-Lam, LCSW, CAP, QS, serves as the Clinical Director and Qualified Supervisor at Behavioral Turning Point. In this role, she plays a critical part in guiding the organization’s approach to care delivery and fostering professional growth. Her extensive background in mental health and substance use treatment underscores her dedication to meeting the complex needs of individuals and families. As a seasoned professional, Mayren is deeply invested in the mentorship and supervision of emerging mental health professionals.

Mayren’s academic achievements, combined with her hands-on experience at Citrus Health Network, have provided her with a rich skill set and a strong foundation in interdisciplinary collaboration. She is a strong advocate for holistic treatment planning, ensuring that care is comprehensive and tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Her commitment to social justice is evident in her work with diverse populations, including elders, the homeless, substance users, and children in the foster care system. Mayren’s expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) also enables her to effectively support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families, demonstrating her adaptability and breadth of knowledge.
